It is possible to edit guest data after registration, but this can depend on the specific accommodation's policy and local laws. Please contact your accommodation provider for further assistance.
Yes, all guests must be registered. However if you don’t have the information from the rest of your group, you can share the online check-in with the others so they can register themselves.

You do! All content, including your guest information, is 100% owned by you. eplustech.eu does not have permission to use your data or contact your guests for any reason. eplustech is simply a tool to help you manage your business's legal obligations with AIMA/SEF.
No, eplustech is a hosted "software-as-a-service" platform. This allows us to ensure you always have access to the latest updates, new features, and a reliable experience without worrying about issues with your funnels. However, you can export your guest contacts and ID data in CSV or PDF format anytime you like.
No! All updates to our software are completely free. Since eplustech is cloud-based, every update and new feature is automatically available in your account. Additionally, we offer an optional Android app, and the latest version is always ready for download in the back office of your members' area.
There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use eplustech.eu month to month, and cancel at any time you’d like!
When you register at eplustech.eu, you are entitled to 30 free days to try out the solution, including the Android app, online check-in, and cloud back office. You can create guest identification records and send communications to SEF/AIMA during the free trial period. At the end of the 30 days, the first subscription payment will be charged.
No! Joining the eplustech Billing Programme does not involve any contracts with minimum term periods or commitments on your part. If you encounter any problems or are not satisfied, we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused period.
Currently, we accept payments by Credit Card (via Stripe) for all types of subscriptions (monthly or annual), bank transfer, and Multibanco for payments starting from 6 months. We do not accept payments in cash or by cheque.
Yes. Support is included in all plans, even during the trial period. Simply send an email to info@eplustech.eu.
To continue creating records, you just need to renew your plan or choose a new plan.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. To do so, simply contact support via email at info@eplustech.eu.
Eplustech is a web application that frees you from acquiring servers or expensive software licences. It only requires a modern browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Internet Explorer (IE8 or higher), with JavaScript enabled.
Your data is securely stored for up to 3 years after the guest identification record is created. If you wish to permanently delete your data from the application, you can do so by contacting support via email at info@eplustech.eu. All information will be deleted immediately, and this action cannot be reversed.
If you change plans, you will not be entitled to another 30 free days. The 30-day trial period is only available when you subscribe to the service for the first time.
In order to respond as thoroughly and correctly as possible to all customers, we do not
provide telephone support.
The first reason is that the vast majority of issues we support require investigation,
testing, or reporting to the development team for resolution. It would be impractical to
stay on the phone with a customer for 40 minutes, as this would prevent us from
supporting other customers (this was our experience during the short period we offered
phone support).
Additionally, we deal with very sensitive issues that affect your company's revenue, and
we always want to ensure we provide you with the best possible response.
Secondly, this is the only way to maintain a record of all communications. This helps us
track the history of emails you've sent, the responses we've provided, and more easily
identify your company/account. It is also beneficial for you, as you can refer to our
responses in your email whenever needed.
However, if resolving an issue becomes difficult via email (info@eplustech.eu), we will
call you—don't worry.
